Match on action occurs when an action that begins in one shot is continued or completed in the next, which is shown very well in this clip.

This clip consists of a couple arguing, whilst doing this they walk in and out of rooms, so they are positioned in different settings but continuing the same scene. The camera from one shot to another, with the previous shot matching the first one.
